aiagent.xyz is where people create agents and systems of agents. It holds no agent runtime, store or authority of its own: everything it creates is a Hypervisor object, governed by the permissions its owner sets. Templates, imports from open formats, and a selection rule anyone can recompute are being built now; creation itself waits on Hypervisor primitives. Next: creation working end to end on the Hypervisor, then opening to users after Hypervisor Alpha. Its records span Built and released through Horizon 2 — launch gates.

• IIP-011: Interface prototype: Bounded preview, Built and released. An interface prototype in the repository, from the earlier marketplace design: agents, workflows, publishing.
• IIP-062: Agent creation over the Hypervisor: Active implementation, Horizon 0 — building the governed core. Creating an agent or a system of agents produces only Hypervisor objects (an agent record, schedules, compositions, and the controls on them: leases, spend, evidence, cancellation, quarantine), through the app or directly through the Hypervisor’s API. A created agent keeps running with aiagent.xyz offline.
• IIP-023: Templates, open-format supply and recomputable selection: Active implementation, Horizon 0 — building the governed core. Agent templates and packs that grant no authority and freeze their exact revisions; imports of the skills and agents people already publish (Agent Skills, MCP servers, agent plugins, agent cards) with license and provenance recorded; and a selection rule any party can recompute from evaluation claims.
• IIP-016: Public preview launch: Evidence-gated, Horizon 2 — launch gates. aiagent.xyz opens to users for creating agents and systems of agents on their own Hypervisor.
