Internet of Intelligence Roadmap

A living, evidence-led IOI coordination map separating shipped implementation, published evidence, bounded previews, active work, and gated horizons.

Roadmap Overview

Updated 2026-07-12, the IOI roadmap is a living coordination map, not a prediction or date promise. It separates shipped implementation, published evidence, bounded previews, active implementation, planned work, evidence-gated work, speculative horizons, and heritage implementation.

Foundations

Released cryptography and published protocol evidence.

  • dcrypt: Cryptography. Status ledger: 3 shipped. dcrypt is the shipped cryptographic substrate for IOI: pure Rust primitives, hybrid classical and post-quantum constructions, constant-time discipline, and noise-aware verification evidence.
  • v0.9.0 Fractal Blockchain Kernel: Heritage. Status ledger: 1 heritage. The earlier L0 kernel lineage anchors IOI protocol history: hybrid-PQC assumptions, modular blockchain primitives, and fractal validator architecture.
  • Asymptote Fault Tolerance: Research. Status ledger: 1 published. AFT is the consensus and fault-tolerance foundation for deterministic machine-labor settlement assumptions.

Runtime & state

The governed execution, product, and operational-truth substrate.

  • Hypervisor Daemon: Substrate. Status ledger: 6 preview, 2 active, 2 planned, 2 gated, 2 speculative. The Hypervisor Daemon is the canonical runtime and effect boundary for autonomous work. A working local implementation spans policy, tools, models, connectors, workflows, receipts, replay, and SDK/CLI clients while the Rust kernel cutover remains active; hosted/DePIN profiles are not shipped.
  • Hypervisor: Console. Status ledger: 3 preview, 2 active, 4 planned. Hypervisor is the product estate over the daemon substrate: one Core, first-class App/Web/CLI clients, and cataloged application surfaces. The local/private-preview shell and broad P0–P2 surface ladder are verifier-gated; deeper marketplace, feedback, training, and governance work remains active or planned.
  • ioi.ai: Entry. Status ledger: 3 published, 4 planned. ioi.ai is the canonical target for the persistent Goal Space product and thin account/control-plane front door. Bounded GoalRun, Mission, and Hypervisor substrate exist in part; the ioi.ai product, collaboration plane, and account/device/restore plane remain planned. internetofintelligence.com is the current long-form institutional surface.
  • Agentgres: State. Status ledger: 1 preview, 1 active, 2 planned, 1 gated. Agentgres is the canonical operational-state substrate. Runtime state, replay, forks, checkpoints, and several object planes exist; collaboration, staged-effect, and full database-readiness families remain partial or planned.

Authority & markets

Bounded authority, supply, demand, and candidate-routing applications.

  • sas.xyz: Demand. Status ledger: 1 preview, 3 planned, 1 gated. sas.xyz is the planned outcome marketplace for purchasable autonomous services. The order, escrow, delivery, acceptance, dispute, and settlement loop is specification today; a bounded interface prototype exists.
  • aiagent.xyz: Supply. Status ledger: 1 preview, 1 active, 3 planned, 1 gated. aiagent.xyz is the planned supply marketplace for workers, skills, workflows, manifests, and benchmark-backed labor. A draft listing/candidate/review/offer object plane exists; payments, hire/install runtime, and settlement do not.
  • wallet.network: Authority. Status ledger: 1 preview, 2 planned, 1 gated. wallet.network is the portable authority target for leases, secrets, credentials, approvals, scopes, and payment grants. A partial authority slice lives in the daemon; guardian, key-shard, MPC vault, and portable product surfaces remain planned.
  • decentralized.*: Routing. Status ledger: 1 shipped, 1 active, 1 gated. decentralized.exchange, decentralized.trade, and decentralized.cloud propose evidence-bound route, venue, and resource candidates consumed by wallet.network and Hypervisor — under authority, with receipts. They are intelligence engines, not custodians or execution owners.

Gated horizons

Network and physical-world commitments that follow working evidence.

  • IOI L1: Settlement. Status ledger: 1 preview, 1 active, 3 gated. IOI L1 is the future global settlement layer: identity anchors, receipt roots, contribution accounting, disputes, rewards, and protocol governance. Staged behind runtime and marketplace maturity — the chain is design authority today, not a deployment.
  • Embodied Runtime: Robotics. Status ledger: 3 speculative. Embodied Runtime is a later Hypervisor application for robotics, drones, devices, and physical-world autonomous systems.

Status And Evidence Rule

Shipped means released implementation backed by code or release evidence. Published papers, specifications, documentation, and public reference surfaces remain published evidence rather than shipped product. Architecture detail follows durable contracts; launch claims follow working evidence.
