IIP-062: Agent creation over the Hypervisor

IIP-062 is recorded on the aiagent.xyz roadmap with status Active implementation in Horizon 0 — building the governed core: Agent creation over the Hypervisor. Creating an agent or a system of agents produces only Hypervisor objects (an agent record, schedules, compositions, and the controls on them: leases, spend, evidence, cancellation, quarantine), through the app or directly through the Hypervisor’s API. What it is

Creating an agent or a system of agents produces only Hypervisor objects (an agent record, schedules, compositions, and the controls on them: leases, spend, evidence, cancellation, quarantine), through the app or directly through the Hypervisor’s API. A created agent keeps running with aiagent.xyz offline.

Where it stands

The creation tests run against the real daemon and report which steps it cannot serve yet. Each missing primitive is logged and routed to the Hypervisor rather than worked around, and the creation flows wait on those primitives.

What has to be true next

The missing primitives land, the creation tests pass, and a created agent’s work exports as a bundle that verifies offline.

Status

Active implementation in Horizon 0 — building the governed core. Implementation is underway and has current code anchors, but the stated scope is not complete. Horizons order work by evidence, not by date.

Evidence

The paper, release, repository path or evidence bundle behind this status.
