The Internet of Intelligence platform is the protocol and application substrate for Web4 systems: workers, manifests, authority envelopes, receipts, routing, settlement, and state. It connects developer surfaces, operator tools, worker marketplaces, and settlement infrastructure into one verifiable machine-labor stack.
